Since its establishment, the Guanghui Group always combines economic benefits with social benefits ,at the same time of industrial development, the Guanghui Group has given back to society with gratitude. It has directly created more than 70,000 jobs and contributed more than RMB 200 billion to society.

The Guanghui Group faithfully implements the deployments and requirements of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region by carrying out “All the People United as One Family”and other activities of national unity and friendship,with a total of more than 500 pairs and relatives.In 2017, more than 2000 surplus laborers from southern Xinjiang have been resettled. The Group now has more than 13,000 ethnic minority employees.

The Group has made every effort to promote the work of “Thousands of Enterprises Helping Thousands of Villages”, taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation by helping four villages in the Altay and Hotan regions with direct investments of more than RMB 30 million. It conscientiously implements the poverty eradication decision-making plan formulated by the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region. In line with the principle of nearby and local employment, the Group has organized six cooperative enterprises in Beijing, Guangdong and Jiangsu to build 10 “poverty alleviation factories” in the Hotan region so that people of all ethnic groups in southern Xinjiang can work and find jobs in their hometowns. When the project is completed, it will bring more than 20,000 people into employment and realize an output value of RMB 1.4 billion.

As the President Unit of the Xinjiang Development Chamber of Commerce, Guanghui unites and leads the enterprises of the Chamber of Commerce to carry out industrial poverty alleviation in Hotan, Kashgar and Kizilsu Kyrgyz Autonomous Prefecture including such public benefit projects as the jade trading center, auto city, characteristic agriculture, private banks, poverty alleviation funds and Qurban Characteristic Town, with a total investment of tens of billions of RMB.

The Guanghui Group serves a total of over 10,000 retired employees of private enterprises in the ownership change of state-owned enterprises in Xinjiang.Every year, the Group invests more than RMB 40 million in there by serving the majority of retired workers, creating enjoyable activities for the elderly and allowing retired workers to share the fruits of enterprise development. In 2016, the Guanghui Group was awarded the honorary title of “National Civilization Unit of Respect for the Elderly".

If the enterprise is good, everybody is good; if everybody is good, the enterprise is better. The Guanghui Group continuously improves its corporate benefits while also striving to improve the income level of its employees, the Group has successively launched such salary incentive measures as the overall salary adjustment plan and employee income doubling plan,strive to enhance promote their happiness index.

The Guanghui Group actively carries out such public welfare activities as helping and supporting the poor, and donating to schools and charities, having contributed more than RMB 500 million to various circles of society.

In 2018, the Guanghui Group and the Literary Federation of the Autonomous Region jointly organized the “Guanghui Cup” Essay Competition in Western Magazine to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up policy. This competition embodied Guanghui’s love for Party and country by presenting a gift for the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up policy.
