In 2012, the Guanghui Group launched the "Blue Ribbon" cultural practice. In 2014, "Blue Ribbon" was upgraded to "Excellent Guanghui Employee". By the end of 2018, more than 1,000 “Excellent Guanghui Employees"had been selected. They play a leading and exemplary role in all of Guanghui’s industrial companies and on its production lines.
